 Pour notre nouveau bureau au centre de Tirana, nous recherchons des conseillers pour le service client passionnés par le secteur automobile. Le candidat idéal doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication, un esprit de résolution de problèmes et une forte orientation client.

Qui êtes-vous? 

Vous possédez :

• une expérience préalable dans le domaine du service client, de préférence dans le secteur automobile ;
• excellente maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
• d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
• la capacité de gérer des situations stressantes et de résoudre des problèmes rapidement et efficacement;
• une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels CRM;
• une forte orientation client et la capacité de travailler en équipe.

Que ferez-vous?

• gérer les appels entrants et les demandes par e-mail des clients, en fournissant des informations détaillées sur les produits et services;
• résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière efficace et professionnelle, en garantissant leur entière satisfaction;
• maintenir à jour les registres des interactions avec les clients en utilisant le système CRM de l'entreprise;
• collaborer avec les différents départements internes pour assurer une résolution rapide et efficace des problèmes signalés;
• fournir un soutien dans la gestion des plaintes et la résolution des litiges;
• participer à des sessions de formation continue pour améliorer vos compétences et rester informé des nouveautés dans le secteur automobile;
