We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our team at outsourcing company providing financial and operational support to innovative e-commerce fintech companies providing cutting-edge financial services across various European markets. Role Overview:

As a Treasury Specialist you will be a part of Outsourcing Finance Team with key responsibilities for managing cooperation with banks, payment solutions and exchange platforms, processing payments, maintaining and updating the financial database, and supporting daily treasury operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in payment processing, treasury management. Understanding of the crypto and financial services landscape is advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cooperation with banks, payment solutions and exchange platforms to support the company's financial needs and ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Facilitate timely processing of payments, including fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and settlements, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and regularly update the financial database with transaction records, account details, and partner information. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all treasury and payment records.
• Reconcile transactions across bank accounts, wallets, and exchange platforms, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor daily liquidity needs, support cash flow forecasting, and assist in ensuring optimal asset allocation across digital and fiat currencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, AML regulations, and financial policies related to treasury and payments.
• Generate and maintain reports on transaction activity, treasury metrics, and cash flow. Identify and implement process improvements for more efficient data management and transaction workflows.

Kualifikimet

• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, payments, or financial operations (within a crypto, fintech, or banking environment – strong advantage).
• Knowledge of banking operations, payment systems, and cryptocurrency exchange platforms – advantage
• Excellent data management skills, with experience in maintaining and updating financial databases (high level of Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management in financial transactions.
