Ky rol eshte pergjegjes per ofrimin e nje sherbimi te kualifikuar cash dhe jo cash ne perputhje me standartet e percaktuara te Bankes, duke identifikuar, analizuar dhe trajtuar me profesionalizem nevojat e klienteve per t’i konvertuar ato ne shitje dhe arritje te objektivave te vendosuara nga menaxheret.

Detyrat

  • Te jete njohes i mire i produkteve te katalogut qe ofron banka dhe ti pershtase ato sipas nevojave te klienteve;
  • Te kryeje transaksionet cash per te gjithe segmentet e klienteve.
  • Te diskutoje dhe pranoje aplikime per Celje Llogarie, Paketa, Pagesa, Direct Debit, Pagesa Periodike, Ceku, Bono Thesari, Karta Debiti, RON, Depozita, Produkte Sigurimi, Plane Investimi etj, dhe sigurohet qe gjitha te dhenat e marra nga klientet jane ne perputhshmeri me politikat dhe direktivat e bankes.
  • Te kryeje ne sistemet/ aplikacionet e bankes veprimet jo cash duke aplikuar te gjitha procedurat operacionale te bankes qe lidhen me detyren e saj/tij.
  • Te procesoje vlerat monetare ne perputhje me proceduren e Bankes se Shqiperise dhe procedurave te RBAL.

Kualifikimet

  • Diplome Bachelor ne Administrim, Finance, Marketing.
  • Aftesi shume te mira komunikuese.
  • Aftesi shume te mira per te punuar ne grup.
  • Aftesi per tu adaptuar shpejt ndaj ndryshimeve.
  • Aftesi te mira analiktike.
  • Deshire per te mesuar dhe per tu zhvilluar.
