Baboon Delivery is a regional leader in the on-demand delivery marketplace in Albania.Since our start in 2016, we have been committed to delivering exceptional service and competitive pricing, establishing ourselves as a key player in the B2C and B2B sector, particularly in the Food and Beverage, tech segments.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and managing the onboarding process for new business orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meetings with businesses to understand their delivery needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage the complete onboarding process for new orders, ensuring a smooth transition and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Baboon Delivery's B2B client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management

Kualifikimet

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HoReCa industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with corporate clients and large accounts.
  • Strong understanding of delivery logistics and supply chain processes.
