Position Overview
The Global HR Manager will play a key role in building and managing a high-performing team in Tirana while providing HR support to +20 employees across Ukraine, Georgia, and Bulgaria. This role requires a strategic HR professional with expertise in global recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, particularly in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Tirana & Global)

  • Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to meet client needs in the fintech sector.
  • Identify hiring needs, create job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source, interview, and assess top-tier professionals across fintech-related roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of highly skilled candidates for current and future projects.
  • Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees in Tirana and international locations.
  • Provide ongoing HR support, including performance management, employee relations, and talent retention.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Albania, Ukraine, Georgia, and Bulgaria.
  • Implement HR best practices to foster a positive work environment across all locations

Training & Development

  • Develop and oversee employee training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Support leadership in performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company objectives.

HR Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on fintech industry trends and workforce demands to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Improve HR processes and leverage technology to enhance recruitment and employee engagement.

Office Administration Responsibilities (Tirana)

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is stocked and in good working order.
  • Coordinate office meetings, events, and team-building activities.
  • Support on-boarding for new hires, ensuring office set-up, IT equipment, and necessary resources are prepared ahead of time.
  • Ensure compliance with office safety regulations and health protocols.
  • Maintain office documentation and HR files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

 


Kualifikimet

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent in English (strong verbal and written communication skills required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an international or fintech environment.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.
  • Ability to manage remote and international teams effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HR software tools.
