Job description

MELLON Albania, member of MELLON Group of companies is looking for a Contact Center Specialist.

Kualifikimet

Key requirements:

• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer Oriented;
• The flexibility to rotate working hours with other team members is critical;
• Good attitude towards new learning topics;
• Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transactions (preferably);

Requirements:

• University Degree;
• Knowledge of English;
• PC skills;
• Work experience is an advantage;
