INFO-Telecom SH.P.K is a electronic communications operator specialized in the provision of wholesale voice termination services.
The Technical Department of INFO-Telecom is seeking to hire a Engineer to join the NOC Division. The NOC division working hours are organized in two shifts per day.
NOC engineers must commit to acquire a solid understanding of INFO-Telecom services and processes; they must be eager and quick to learn, be clear communicators and must be able to use their initiative to tackle a broad range of problems.

Detyrat

  • Configuring telephony Systems, routing, switching and troubleshooting.
  • Review and process Tickets opened by partners.
  • Ensure timely resolution to trouble tickets. Ensure timely follow up with customers via e-mails, phone calls, and/or Skype. Analyzing data and Statistics for the Wholesale and Retail Traffic.
  • Setting up and configuring Interconnections with New Partners.

Kualifikimet

  • University degree in Computer Science (preferred) or similar Major in IT and Electronics.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom voice services and telephony systems.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
  • Handle responsibilities by multi-tasking, working independently and with minimal direction.
  • Deliver objectives both individually and by interaction with others.
  • Thorough knowledge of the English language, moderate knowledge of the Italian language.

Extra knowledge which constitute advantage:

  • Knowledge of Linux , MySQL , PHP.
  • Foreign languages : English (preferred), Italian (optional).
